This small town, previously known as Kalkfontein, is just off the A2 in the Ghanzi district.
26 Jungle Light Rest Camp

GHANZI
This Kalahari town is the focal point of a lively farming community. Ghanzi is a good overnight stop on your way from Maun to Namibia (or the other way around), but thanks to the excellent guest farms, you might end up staying longer. The area offers different landscapes and experiences to what you'll find elsewhere in Botswana.

28 Sympõnia Guesthouse & Camping
This relatively new place is 7 km north of Ghanzi next to the A3. They have six very neat campsites and eight rooms, and the restaurant makes good food – ask in advance about pizza night! A room for two people costs P1 540 (R2 141) per night, including breakfast. The family room (two adults and two children) is good value at P2 090 (R2 905) per night, including breakfast. Rooms overlook the swimming pool and the campsite is a short stroll away. Camping P170 (R236) per adult; P90 (R125) per child aged 7 – 12; little ones camp for free.

29 Tautona Lodge
