CHRISTMAS PANCETTA SALAD

◼ 20g pancetta ◼ 40g watercress ◼ 15g walnuts, crushed ◼ 30g brie, cubed ◼ Handful pomegranate seeds
For the dressing
◼ 2 tbsp cranberry sauce ◼ 1 tsp olive oil ◼ 1 tsp white wine vinegar ◼ ½ tsp cinnamon ◼ Salt and pepper
In a frying pan, fry the pancetta until cooked through and crisp. Set aside.
