Mike is based in Australia and although his Triumph Stag has been restored to a very high standard, it still requires regular maintenance to keep it in tip-top condition.

TRIUMPH STAG
After replacing the choke cable and stripping the lefthand carb to renew the O-ring at the base of the dashpot in my last report, I now needed to check that the mixture strength was correct. After a short road test during which it appeared to be running well, I returned home and removed the spark plugs fromthat my method of refitting the LH carb needle back into its original position had been accurate.
