Competitions do not only bring out the best in people, but also offer the opportunity for benchmarking. This is what the Grain SA Grow for Gold Yield Competition was all about – comparing yourself against your own goals and dreams, but also comparing yourself with other like-minded farmers, according to Grain SA, which added that it hoped the competition would also serve as an inspiration to all farmers.
