Riding Rouvy

AROUND EIGHT YEARS AGO, I rolled out for my first ride using a rudimentary Beta version of Zwift. Filled with more glitches and bugs than actual riders, it was certainly interesting – but mostly just a novelty that made time on the trainer a little less tedious.

Oh, how far we’ve come. Today, indoor training is booming and, for many, a sport in its own right. The trainers we straddle and the software that powers them are also light years more advanced and there are some seriously good options around including the subject of this review, the Czech-based indoor training app, ROUVY.
