GRW: What first attracted you to set up tour company to guide people across the Kokoda Trail?

After my first trek in 1991 I found it almost impossible to convey the emotion of the experience. I therefore concluded that the only way Australians could ever appreciate the physical and emotional aspects of what I regard as a unique Australian pilgrimage was to share the experience with them.
