s we celebrate the beauty and joys of the holiday season, we also reflect on the year gone by. Gathered with friends and family amidst the warm glow of holiday lights, it’s easy to recall our favorite stories and shared experiences—both highs and lows—that left a mark on our hearts and in our mourned the unexpected passing of our editor-in-chief, Phyllis Hoffman DePiano. In addition to being Hoffman Media’s founder and chairman of the board, Phyllis was our dear friend and mentor. We would like to pay tribute to her incredible life, and we hope to honor her in continuing the legacy of beauty, graciousness, and hospitality she embodied.
