Goat Cheese and Pecan Crostini with Honey

MAKES 6 TO 8 SERVINGS

1 demi-loaf French bread
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 (4-ounce) package goat cheese, softened
4 tablespoons honey, divided
¼ teaspoon ground red pepper
¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
½ cup chopped toasted pecans
1 teaspoon fresh oregano leaves
Sea salt flakes, for sprinkling
Garnish: coarse ground black pepper

Preheat oven to 375°. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment
