ELEPHANT GARLIC

Elephant garlic is more related to the leek than it is to garlic. It has a milder flavour but the growing method is similar. However, because the cloves are that much larger, plant to a depth of 10-15cm (4-6in) and 20-30cm (8-12in) to give them plenty of space to grow.
