Longer yacht, shorter time

Formerly 59.4 metres and now 63 metres, the Lürssen Oasis has emerged front Lusben with a new length and new look. Six months was all Lusben needed to reconfigure the stern, add to the length and give her a new beach club. The extension required careful consideration of the yacht's stability, and sea trials showed improvement in both speed and fuel consumption, lusben.com

Doubling up down under

With the, Echo Yachts is now responsible for the largest catamaran built in Australia, and the seventh-largest multihull in the world. The beamy boat has an enormous helipad at her stern and an impressive 12-metre, custom- built mini-me catamaran tender equipped with specialist sonar equipment. The aluminium yacht is a born explorer, complete with a decompression chamber and solar panels.
