A different tack for 2024

BENGALESE

DURING August, I started to identify the possible pairings for my 2024 main breeding season, which should be underway by mid-November. Normally, my key focus at the start of each season is my main long-established colours, such as chocolate & whites, fawn & whites, dilute fawn & whites and pink-eyed whites (albinos).

However, I am now going to make a radical change to this standard practice. For 2024, and probably for 2025, I will initially set pairs to produce Bengalese chicks in a wider range of colours. I will continue to use 28 breeding
