A pecan pie in bar form is my idea of a very good time. Assembled and baked in about a quarter of the time it would take you to make an actual pecan pie but equally as delicious—gooey, nutty, and sweet, with a crispy bottom crust—these still manage to be just as good (OK, better??) than their pie brethren. And they’re perfect served
