‘We chose classic with a twist for lasting style’

BEFORE

STEP INSIDE…

WHO LIVES HERE? Emily Spry, 34, a deputy head teacher, (@ our_roundhay_reno), my husband, Adam, 36, a company director, and our daughters Mabel, two, and Sylvie Elizabeth, six months. Our home is a Victorian terrace in Leeds, bought in November 2020.

WHAT WAS UPDATED? We knocked down an internal wall to incorporate an adjoining toilet, which allowed for a luxurious free-standing bath and walk-in shower.

WHY THE CHANGE? We couldn't fit a shower into the old space, but the reconfiguration allowed us to transform it into a family bathroom.

HOW LONG DID IT TAKE? Five weeks, but Adam's brother did most of the work with long hours. Tradespeople doing standard hours would have taken a lot longer.
