Sorting my special, antique-style labels, I was putting the finishing touches to my guest rooms.
Using ribbons, I attached the labels – reading Drink Me – to the tea, coffee and sugar Kilner jars.
Back in 2013, I was opening my second Alice In Wonderland themed holiday let in Brighton.
Having lived in the seaside town for over 10 years, I was converting a massive five-storey Regency house from student accommodation to a gorgeous ‘Wonderland House’.
And bookings were already rolling in.
