WE HAVEN’T been to the moon’s surface since December 1972. Now, more than 50 years later, America’s space agency, Nasa, is planning on sending astronauts back to the moon. It’s called the Artemis programme, a series of missions that started with an unmanned test flight in 2022. The first mission to take astronauts to the moon, Artemis III, is planned for December 2025.
