Increasing fears about pay-as-you-drive road pricing and parking based on emissions have recently been allayed by Sir Greg Knight MP, chair of the All-Party Parliamentary Historic Vehicles Group (APPHVG) and the Historic & Classic Vehicles Alliance (HCVA).
