Verulam doctor achieves success overseas

Dr Kumaran Devindran Pillay, formerly from Verulam, has been appointed head of subject for Allied Health and Chiropractic in the Faculty of Life Sciences and Education at the University of South Wales in the UK.

He will manage 36 staff in the Department of Allied Health and Chiropractic, which includes physiotherapy and occupational therapy.

“My job is to ensure that the students are the best in the UK and the world. I will also be the ambassador for Allied Health and Chiropractic in South Wales and Wales at large,”
