Cartridge case tools

In the constant search for accuracy coupled with reasonable velocity, there are some tools that assist in making the cartridge case a better vessel to contain powder primers and projectiles.

The sometimes-overlooked issue is that of case length. Cartridge cases under the influence of great pressure tend to stretch, to some extent the amount of length increase is a factor of both case design and cartridge intensity.
