Do you have any favourite Indian dishes or cuisines?

To me, India is a special place. In a way, it’s like Italy—deeply cultural and traditional, with completely diverse food, spices, and approaches as you move from one place to the other. Every experience here makes me go ‘wow’. We had lunch at The Oberoi Amarvilas in Agra, and it blew my mind. Every single place I’ve visited here [for food] is just amazing.
