STANDING THE TEST OF TIME

Some people like their tractors in concours conditions polished to within an inch of their life, while others like their tractors to be as original and unmolested as can be. Fran Clarke can definitely be classed in this latter category.

Originality

A few years ago (TFH Jan 2018 issue), we featured her Case Model C which she affectionately refers to as “my rust bucket”. This time we feature her Fordson F as it celebrates its landmark 100th birthday. Fran bought the Fordson from an auction at the Newark Vintage Tractor & Heritage Show back in November 2013. It appealed to her because of its originality – and that was it!
