Tell us a little about how you first started on your fabric design journey.

I learned how to screen print in 2008, and printed on paper for a couple of years. But I found from exhibiting at craft fairs that selling prints on paper was a hard proposition – buyers had to buy a frame and figure out where to hang the print. After a few people asked me if my work was available on tea towels and bags – items that they could use immediately – I decided to learn how to print on fabric. I didn’t
