I had slightly mixed feelings about the Super Worlds earlier this month. The scale was brilliant. It felt like a cycling Olympics, there was always something going on. Para-cycling was on the same footing exposure-wise as able-bodied cycling, something it normally only approaches at the Paralympics. If I’d been an athlete I’d have loved being in the middle of an event that size.
