Cherry’s ON TOP

For some people, the word “wellness” makes their eyes roll. But after spending time with wellbeing advocate and TV presenter Cherry Healey, they could change their ways. Mother of two Cherry, 42, wants to demystify the world of wellness and help people understand the real-life impact of taking time out for themselves.

“‘Wellbeing’ is not a fluffy, stupid word,” she tells HELLO!. “It’s actually really important. What it really comes down to is a switch in your energy that can be uncomfortable initially and then incredibly beneficial.”
