Get out of sleep debt... FOR GOOD!

Just like any kind of debt, sleep deprivation has a way of adding up. An hour missed here, a couple more there and before you know it you’re overwhelmed.

“Sleep debt is when we have less than adequate sleep – which is a minimum of seven hours per night,” sleep expert Olivia Arezzolo from Go Healthy says. “When we get less than adequate sleep on a regular basis, this creates a cumulative effect, leading to mental and physical fatigue.”
