Love Match comes hot on the heels of your much-loved debut novel, Five Bush Weddings. How did you come up with the storyline for this next instalment?
The seed of the story was planted when a couple of early readers of asked what happened to, following Sarah Childs, who broke up with Johnno West at the end of the novel. is a romantic comedy about finding your place in a small town, with a contemporary timeline around a women's rugby sevens team and a historical timeline related to beauty queen Mabel Peters, which explores deb balls, country dances and beauty pageants in the ‘60s!
