By the time Kayla Ferreira* returns home from work at about 6.30pm each day, she is mentally and physically exhausted.

Her day begins at 5am as she starts preparing her three young boys for school and herself for work.

Her husband Frank* tries to help as much as he can, but as an entrepreneur, he has his hands full with his business and is often travelling.
