Q Can you recommend a modern family tree for a granny or a big birthday?

  Try Angela Poole’s beautiful family tree from issue 290 (February 2020), available to download via our app. It uses just one thread shade throughout so it’s easy to customise the colours to suit your taste. We worked it on beautiful grey fabric and finished as a hanging, but you could easily frame it instead if desired.
