SMOKED SALMON AND DILL FLATBREADS

4 large garlic naan bread
60g baby rocket
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
¾ cup spreadable cream cheese
300g hot-smoked salmon, skin removed, flaked
2 Tbsp chopped dill
Freshly ground black pepper, to season
STEP 1 Preheat a chargrill on high. Cook naan bread for 1 minute on each side or until warmed through. Set aside, loosely covered with foil.
STEP 2 Combine rocket and oil in a bowl. Spread each naan bread with ¼ of the cream cheese. Top with salmon, dill and rocket. Season with pepper.
