From the seasonal tones of wild heather moorlands, to vibrant variations in floral foliage seen on village well dressings, we discuss the inspiration behind Carrie’s work, and how she encourages a community of fellow yarn dyers through workshops at her studio in the Derbyshire village of Tideswell.
What drew you to this area of the Peak District, and is there a vibrant local scene in terms of knitting and yarn-related events?
