120g butter
1 free-range egg
For the filling
800g cream cheese
200g sour cream
1tsp vanilla extract
4 free-range eggs
2tbsp lemon juice
150g caster sugar
2tbsp cornflour
80g orange marmalade
To decorate
400g strawberries
200g blueberries
200g physalis
1tbsp icing sugar, for dusting
4tbsp caramel sauce
