CChatbots are computer programmes designed to mimic human responses when asked something. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a technology that develops so rapidly almost every day that sometimes you don't know if you're talking to a human or a tin brain.
Although there are different ethical opinions about this, there appears to be little relevant legislation. In the meantime, we can form our own opinions and so we had a chat with a bot about camping in South Africa.

We decided on ChatGPT. On their website, they clearly state that ChatGPT“ may produce inaccurate information about people, places, or facts.” Hopefully, we are well informed enough to see through the supercomputer if it leads us up the garden path.
