Jane Lopes is an American-born sommelier who’s worked and travelled extensively in Australia. She is the former wine director at Attica in Melbourne, and has had stints at New York’s Eleven Madison Park, Nashville’s The Catbird Seat, and Chicago’s The Violet Hour. In 2018, Jane passed the prestigious Master Sommelier exam and was the first woman in Australia to do so., which will be published in August.
