The vessel is a working tool and will travel around the world as the team looks for “the giants of the seas” and carries on research. “It's beautiful. It's not the shiny boat you expect, but it's built for a purpose,” Hsieh said shortly after the boat came out of the shed. Painted gray, the vessel has a fleet, including a game boat over 40ft, and to land a helicopter.
