Fire up the air-fryer

Air-fryer pork, apple & sage sausage rolls

If you’ve got a larger machine or a couple of drawers, feel free to double the recipe.

MAKES 6-8 PREP 20 mins COOK 30 mins EASY

6 pork sausages
10 sage leaves, finely sliced
2 tbsp apple sauce
320g pack ready-rolled puff pastry plain flour, for dusting
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp nigella seeds (optional)
