You need
• 1 packet (130g) Oreo biscuits, crushed
• 3 tablespoons butter, melted
• 1 tablespoon gelatine powder
• 1 cup cream
• 100g dark chocolate, melted
• 2 tubs (230g each) medium-fat cream cheese
• ½ cup icing sugar
• 2 tablespoons cacao powder
• Maldon sea salt flakes
For decoration
• 100g milk chocolate
• ¼ cup cream
