95 Ellena 2019 Ascheri (Barolo). Reserved at first, this wine begins to wake up with soft and pretty aromas of sour cherries, wild raspberries, dried herbs, roses and dried underbrush. It’s compact on the palate, with firm tannins that will need time in the bottle to come around.
