In what amounted to essentially a bombshell for North America’s automotive sector, Ford announced a partnership with Tesla to provide Ford electric vehicles access to Tesla’s network of Supercharger EV stations across the US and Canada. Currently, Ford has three battery electric vehicles available over here: the Mustang Mach-E crossover utility, the E-Transit commercial van and the much-touted F-150 Lightning pick-up.
