DONOTSPY 11 1.1

Windows 10 or 11 | pxc-coding.com/donotspy11

Although it’s not as smartly designed as our favourite privacy), DoNotSpy offers a simple way to tweak your privacy settings in Windows 10 and 11. It now supports the 22H2 versions of both operating systems and has added several options to address the changes. For example, you can disable the new Discover button in Edge and prevent Microsoft from showing you personalised ads and site ‘suggestions’ – scroll down to the ‘Edge (Chromium)’ section (see screenshot) to select these settings. DoNotSpy now removes disabled Edge policies, so you won’t see the confusing message that the browser is “managed by your organisation”. Other useful additions include disabling the new Bing Chat button in the Windows 11 search box, and turning off telemetry in Office programs. DoNotSpy triggers a Microsoft Defender SmartScreen warning, but it’s safe to use so click ‘More info’ then ‘Run anyway’.
