My Journey

Having spent almost all my life around water I guess you could say I have salt in my veins and have spent many happy hours by the sea and lakes. Until the age of 30 I lived at Cronulla, a beautiful stretch of beaches and bays south of Sydney bordering the Royal National Park in NSW. My teens were spent riding surfboards before and after school. I didn’t have one of my own so used to pinch my now brother-in-law’s board while he was at work..

Lots of paintings were done in oils during these years of the surf, bays
