BUILD A BEACON: THE ULTIMATE STATUS SYMBOL

Building a beacon is often seen as more of an ‘endgame’ activity. Not because you need to have completed the game to gather the required elements – it’s more to do with the amount of ore that you’ll need to complete the pyramid it needs to rest upon in order to work. Oh, and you’ll also need to defeat the wither to craft the beacon itself, so it’s not exactly something to rush towards if you’ve only just started up a new game world! But if you’ve got the resources, or just want to add a cool new feature to your creative world, they’re really rather easy to put to good use.
