Caravan World recently caught up with Richard Unwin, marketing manager at MSA 4X4 Accessories. Richard was in Healesville attending Caravan of the Year 2023. As the proud naming rights sponsor of the event, it was great to have his support at the event and the Showcase Day that rounded off a pretty busy week.
So, what is MSA's current or continued focus?
We're always looking at products we can develop. Whether that comes from market research, customer feedback or ideas from our team. It's always extensive and ongoing as we're constantly looking at what we can do better or what we can develop that's new.
