Where does guiding the Republic of Ireland to the World Cup rank in your achievements as a coach?

The achievement of qualification was a team effort between our players and staff. Everything we do, we do together as a team. I think that has been one of the key factors in our development. Of course, I take a lot of pride in being part of this amazing achievement and it is a career highlight for me, but it would not have been possible without the hard work and support of our players and staff.
