A commitment to honouring a home’s heritage combined with a lot of hands-on work has created a spectacular holiday home for country couple Prue Swain and her husband Andrew, as well as their three young children under 10.
It all started on a visit to family in Newcastle in 2020, when Orange-based Prue and Andrew fell in love with the area’s beaches, restaurants and coffee culture. Soon they were looking for an investment property close to the water
