300g minced pork
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 teaspoons finely grated ginger
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
200g green beans, trimmed, halved
125g baby corn, halved lengthways, if large
⅓ cup (80ml) sweet chilli sauce
2 tablespoons kecap manis
400g shelf-stable ramen noodles
2 green onions, sliced thinly coriander leaves, to serve
