Okay, we’ll admit that motion capturing digital characters is cool (and is almost a trademark of PlayStation first-party titles these days). But sometimes you just can’t beat a bona fide human. Many modern games still use them effectively (one by Remedy Entertainment in particular jumps to mind… flip to p48 to find out whatthing. And The 7th Guest, tasking you with interacting with ghostly apparitions while being ethereal yourself, is a cult classic for a reason.
