At the time of writing, the cost of refilling a 6kg propane gas bottle (probably the most common size) is an eye-watering £25 to £35, depending on where you purchase it. Luckily, there is a way of minimising this cost – by a margin.
The mains hook-up
Many motorhome owners choose to spend their time on campsites where there is often a mains hook-up facility.
