S FATE WOULD HAVE IT, Ireland-born Nick Geoghegan met Australian Jannene while they were both working in London. “She was coming back to Australia, and I thought, ‘Oh, I’ll come for a year or two,’” he says, laughing. Almost 30 years later, with a marriage, three children and a thriving business in rural Orange, NSW, it looks like he’s not moving back.
