1 small cucumber, peeled, roughly chopped
1 small red onion, finely sliced
1 green capsicum, finely sliced into rings
1 tblsp caper leaves
1 tblsp capers
Handful of kalamata olives
200g feta
1 tsp dried oregano
Olive oil, for dressing the salad
