FATHER’S Day will be a sombre occasion in the Bhoonpershad household.
This after Vinesh Bhoonpershad, 54, from Vryheid, was shot dead in Durban last week.
Bhoonpershad, a manager for Transnet Freight Rail, was killed as he entered the Transnet Engineering premises in Bayhead, Durban. He was there to preside over a disciplinary matter.
It is believed that the father of two went out of the building to smoke.
