Apple and Google have announced a joint initiative to prevent the misuse of Bluetooth online tracking devices, such as Apple’s AirTag. The two companies have developed a specification that is being proposedcompanies that offer such trackers, including Chipolo, Pebblebee, Samsung and Tile.
